Fwatch Update

Fwatch fix#3 - updated dll and exe. Fixed issues with commands: igse load execute, input getjoystick, mem getworld extended, mem getweather, mem setcam, mem setweather, string find, string isvariable, string trim.

Executable now supports portrait mode so expect OFP Aspect Ratio 2.1 soon. I've also updated document "Guide for Mission Makers" in the OFP Aspect Ratio package.

Demo missions are now available for commands: EXECUTE, INFO, INPUT, MEMORY and STRING.

Recently BIS has updated Steam version of CWA. Game executable has been changed which means Fwatch memory operations will not work. I'm not going to make it compatible right now because I expect BIS might change something again as their widescreen solution doesn't work right now.
